Shipping & Delivery
Formy Books ships worldwide via Royal Mail. We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 5 working days of receiving it, unless we are closed for holidays, or otherwise stated on the website. Formy Books operates a fixed cost postage price for each item, depending on size, weight and destination, which allows for slight currency fluctuations and the cost of processing and packaging orders for delivery.
If for any reason you should not receive your order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to either reimburse you or provide you with the same item(s) again.
Domestic orders are all sent as Royal Mail second class post. International orders are sent as Royal Mail international standard post. If you require a courier service please enquire via firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote – but please be warned these services can be expensive.
Privacy & Safety
We do not share any information with third parties. Formy Books does not store credit card or payment information and all transmissions of sensitive data are made with a secure encrypted connection.
Returns and Replacements
Because at Formy Books we do our very best to ensure that your order is safely and securely packaged, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages that result from the mail service that we use. If for any reason you do not receive your package within one month of ordering, please contact us and we will see if we can resend it.
