Art Submissions are currently open!

We are looking for emerging artists who are looking for an opportunity to learn, and have a desire to get into children’s publishing.

Here at Formy Books CIC, we believe in equal opportunities and consider our small publishing house a brave space for all. We are particularly interested in artists from marginalised and historically underrepresented  communities. If you believe your art belongs here, please drop us an email to contact[at]formybooks.com.

 

In your email please include a short paragraph about yourself. This needn’t be very long, please look at our illustrator and author pages to get an idea of what we’re looking for. Social media links are also helpful but don’t worry, follower count doesn’t matter to us.

 

Please DO NOT send any files into our email. Emails containing files will be deleted immediately. Please ONLY SEND LINKS to your work.

 

Email subject should read “artsubmission_surname_ddmmyy”

 

As we will attempt to give feedback to submitters where possible, please be patient. Our aimed for response time is 4-6 weeks.
